As an Assistant Nurse Manager you will work collaboratively with the Nurse Manager to create and maintain a financially stable unit, and to promote self and staff development. In addition, the Assistant Nurse Manager supervises licensed and non-licensed staff members and when assuming a direct care role has the responsibility to assess, develop, implement and evaluate plans of care.

Qualifications

Required:

  • One year as a Registered Nurse
  • Associate Degree Nursing Must obtain a BSN, MSN, or DNP within three years
  • Registered Nurse (State)

Desired:

  • Bachelor Degree Nursing
  • Master Degree Nursing
  • Doctorate Degree Nursing
